Across many vulnerable communities, widows and elderly individuals live in severely damaged homes that expose them to rain, extreme heat, and security risks. Some live in makeshift structures that barely offer protection.
The Safe Homes Initiative will support the repair and rebuilding of safe living spaces for vulnerable households.
Through this campaign, Grace Givers Foundation will:
-
Repair structurally unsafe homes
-
Replace leaking roofs and damaged walls
-
Provide basic sanitation and water access improvements
-
Support the reconstruction of simple, safe housing units
The goal is to restore safe shelter for at least 100 vulnerable households, prioritizing widows, elderly individuals, and families with young children.
The $50,000 campaign goal will fund:
-
Construction materials and labor
-
Roofing sheets and structural repairs
-
Basic sanitation facilities
-
Community construction support teams
A safe home restores security, dignity, and stability for families trying to rebuild their lives.
